How to Apply
Application form can be either downloaded from BHU or IMS websites free of cost (www.bhu.ac.in/ www.imsbhu.nic.in) or can be obtained from the office of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, B.H.U. Varanasi-221005 from 20.12.2011 by sending a self addressed unstamped envelope (24 x 30 cm) and a demand draft (MICR only) of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of 'Director, IMS BHU', payable at Varanasi (by post till 16.01.2012 and in person till 24.01.2012).
Envelope for the form-request by post should be marked as 'MD/MS or MDS form-request'. Duly completed application form (all the four pages including 3 photographs and the applicable application fee must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 24.01.2012.
